According to TONYA REED PUBLICATIONS LLC effort to avoid plagiarism or any copyright infringements, the Author(s) are required to submit a form of agreement from the original origin of the said writings, either by mail, fax or electronic signature (suggested). When filling out the form below, you are giving the said Author the permission to print or reprint a comment, quote or excerpt that you claim to be the originator of. · Allow TONYA REED PUBLICATIONS LLC to print or reprint comments, quotes, statements, or excerpts that I am submitting to be included in the publications of the said Author that I have an agreement with.

I understand that:

· I have the right to cancel this authorization within 24 hours of submitting my electronic signature. After the 24 hour period, I do understand that I can not withdraw any writings for which I have given authorization for. The authorization will be canceled when the request is within the allotted time, or if TONYA REED PUBLICATIONS, or any of its affiliates discover that the writings are copy written by any other persons than the one(s) whose electronic signature is on file.

· My submitted writings are deemed "royalty free" (can not collect any monies) for the writings that are being submitted on this form. Any agreements made between YOU and the said AUTHOR has to be in writing and transmitted between the said parties.

· This authorization will continue during any time while the said publication is either in print or out of print.

· TRP is not responsible in which manner the said Author uses your writings in his/her publications.

This form is legally binding.
